Ugh, finally nakaonline din. The earthquake Taiwan severely damaged undersea telecommunication cables and disrupted services in Asia-Pacific. Atleast now better na.

I had a taste of truly authentic Japanese food at Inagiku at Makati Shang last Dec 27. It was divine. Sarap talaga. Sabi nga sa magazine, "There will come a time when people became sick of pseudo-japanese food offered by Japanese restaurants in the country, but luckily for us there is Inagiku."

True, it's the best Jap-food I tasted in the country. (But I like Teriyaki Boy too although it is about 1/4 of Inagiku) The downside is we spent 8k just for us 8 people, and we already had a discount for that because we're members of the dining circle of Shang. Wheew. Masarap naman, hehehe. Just like the 15k abalone in Jumbo Kingdom. But that's another story.

Before going home we bought some bread at Sinfully Circles. Sarap din, I miss eating at Circles Event Cafe. Weeee, buti nalang breakfast kami dun tomorrow.

I heard there will be another high school reunion and this time it will be for our section only. Wheew. I had 2 reunions already this december, but it was fun.

Onga pala. Magtatayo na daw yung school naman ng college department. Now that's good news. Tagal nang gusto ng mga alumni ayaw lng ng mga schools officials, sariling interes nnaman pinapagana.

Last night was the birthday party of a family friend in DISH Abs-cbn and coincidentally they was also a xmas party of one call center which is the mortal rival of the call center owned by my sister's boyfriend. Wala lang. Hahaha. Nandun pa naman si tanda (sister's bf, I call him that). Awkward. Hahaha.

I am so frustrated after going shopping for a wireless broadband router and knowing that it won't work if not in an open space. Ughhh!!! I need to connect the other computer at the other room to the internet. Can you tell me if it's true that WI-fi can't pass through the walls?

Some say yes while the sales lady said no, it can't pass through. So i postponed the purchase. Geezz. I am no techno geek I admit that.

I recently realized that the San Beda championship was really "chamba" or pure luck. Imagine 1 point advantage with last possesion with the other team. Haha.

I dunno why some people like the vacation and christmas and summer breaks. The reality is some people do not have money to spend and they just rot in their houses, not productive at all. That's why I am all for the tri-semester school year. It accelerates studies and trains students to be alert and productive using time wisely.

I badly need a wireless broadband router!!! I don't have the courage to go to malls and EDSA these days. So many people, so traffic. I can't shop like that. Maybe I'll shop right after the holidays, when people have spent all their money and have no choice but to stay home. Hahaha.

After looking for universities in the states offering graduate studies for psych, I still can't find one that is, I think, better than NYU. I like their curriculum. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Hehehe.

Service in some of the stores or restaurants in Gateway Mall has always enrage me. Just today I bought something at Rustan's and the cashier and gift wrappers are acting like bitches and barbarians. I controlled my temper and just let it pass. Who do they think they are and who do they think I am?

I know that Gateway has been tambayan or pass from LRT2 to MRT and not much Class A and B people are shoping there. But that is not an excuse for acting like that! Why would you frown and be 'mataray'. Excuse me!! I bought that shirt, you did not give it to me free and you are just working here!!

They feel like they are superior than you just because they are working in a high-end store. Well here's the point! My money is the thing that keeps your family alive! I shop in your store that is why you have your job.

I am so pissed off! It's the first time a sales representative from Rustan's been rude to me. My whole life I have been buying from them and Store Specialist Inc. Very "un-rustanly".

The last time my classmates and I ate at Teriyaki boy and the same thing happened. They're very rude. F*ck them. Such buttholes.

The next time will be strike three and I ensure them that I will make sure they bow their heads.

Naaadik na ata ako sa Dutchmill strawberry yogurt. Nakaka dalawa ako sa isang araw. Hehe. Hmm, lapit na mag christmas vacation and I still don't know what I should be doing.

I heard it again in the radio again last week I think. "Psychology is one of those humanities courses that doesn't get you anywhere." Hmm, harsh but in the Philippines I think it's true. Given only a bachelor degree in Psych.

Checking the forums in Bedista.com for replies to my post never fails to infuriate me. It seems that some people there especially the alumni think that they own the whole college and only them have the right to speak out. They are like Sophists who do not accept anything except what they had said.

It makes me sick that the culture in school feeds hot air into people.

Well, I spoke too soon. Daisy Posadas is currently in 5th place. Wishing her all the luck for the next half tomorrow and godbless. Also to the other Filipino in last place, Liza Del Rosario. Pray for them.

I am frustrated by how our Filipino bowlers are competing in the Asian Games. They have some of the best and world champions but still we end up at the bottom. Not even a bronze. It's a shame.

Magna Carta
I think the magna carta in our school is just being used as an excuse by other students to dress lousy. Many are gray areas like the attire which is not clearly defined what's decent and what's scandalous. But in my opinion, long hair in guys should not be allowed since it serves no purpose in teaching professionalism and decent attire in corporate settings. This is not a barber's college to be flaunting hairstyles.

But I have always declined to follow to the strict corporate attire, in my business meetings, I do not were the long sleeves polo. I dress in my casual or smart casual depending on my mood and what I am comfortable wearing that day. Doesn't really change anything. I'm still the boss.

There'e always a silent feud between the East Asian countries. Maybe because of the historical indifferences these countries got from each other. China, Korea, Mongolia, Japan never really liked each other from the very start.

Historically, the chinese once called the mongolians, barbarians, while the koreans struggled to be free from chinese rule and establish a new kingdom. Japanese were hated because of what they did in world war 2.

I'm sorry but it disgusts me how "korean-fever" swept the country. People are watching koreanovelas over and over again, people are following the korean fashion sense which is 'ugh' y-u-c-k. Why would you wear pants under a short skirt? Ridiculous!

The culture, half rip-off from chinese and japanese and half dog culture.

I have this bias towards against the south. Well, the prosperous east asia has a poor south east asia. Europe is in north and africa is south, north america and south america.

Recently, we wen't to Alabang and ATC and Festival Mall is as icky as ever. There's so many people and very congested.

I have nothing against people from Marikina but I still feel like Marikina and Antipolo are provinces.

My Philo prof discussed today the post-modern times. That we are living in post-modern times but our mindset is in the pre-modern or modern era.

Example according to him: In our school we do not have uniform, so we are in modern, but the post-modern would would wear shorts, tanktops and the like to school, uniform-wearers are pre-modern.

I agree with the modern but not post-modern. Some things in the post-modern are just plain scandalous and untolerable. More and more skin are being put up in display in public by women, I can only imagine that we are not actually moving forward with this post-modernism but by the time women are naked in the streets, it will be like Eve in the garden. So we're back to being apes.

The 15th Asian Games has formally opened in Doha, Qatar! Support the Philippine team! I hope they bring home alot of gold medals and make it to the Top 5 atleast.

Pressure's on boxing, billards, equestrian and wushu as the country is proud to say that these are our forte sports. GO Philippines.

"Some guys are just cooler than the other side of your pillow"

Have you ever noticed that the other side of your pillow is really comfortably cool? I have a really nice pillow now. Anti-bac and anti-mite and it will not flatten or be deformed. But I hope they can invent a pillow that can be cool always in either side.

If you've met a true blood Bedan before, then probably you would have said that they are "maangas" or in other words, more than mayabang. I wonder how that character coincides with what they call, magaling makisama.

But if you really know them, or atleast make a comprehensive survey and assessment of students in the undergrad, you'll notice that most of them are poor in academics. I don't know how to explain it, either they really born that way, or selection process in admission is too loose, or curriculum is too easy or maybe they're just plain lazy.

Well, that's my opinion as to what I had observed in the last three years. I REALLY have to congratulate some of my classmates for making it this far.

It really sucks when you're away from the computer and then you suddenly thought of something nice to post, but when you are in front of it, you forget about it. Aaarrggghhh.

Breaking up again with an ex is really not a good idea. Can't believe it happened.
